We are so excited to present the top “fur contestants” for our WOOF AND MEOW pet photo shoot contest. We want to thank everyone who submitted their pets for this contest. It was really difficult to choose the top four- and our judges had a challenging time! Now is the fun part – vote for your favorite pet! The pet with the most votes will receive a free pet photo shoot with Lucinda May of Paw Prints Photography + one complimentary 8×10 print. Kitty’s owner is convinced that “Kitty is secretly a person (a delicate European man) living in a Siamese cat body.” This noisy and opinionated little kitty is a sweet, loving, furry best friend. His talents include playing “weatherman” by crying incessantly to predict rain the next day, being terrified of squirrels on the porch and demanding his own glass of water to drink. Kitty also hides in plastic grocery bags and licks the bag until his anxiety has subsided. He enjoys vanilla pudding, Greenies, the smooth sounds of R&B and wearing his Christmas sweater. Kitty’s dislikes include babies, little boys, snow, cold weather, darkness, and the dishwasher.

Willy’s parents claim that “Willy the Wonderdog is the gift that keeps on giving.” Willy is full of pep and zest for life and often runs circles in the room. His favorite activities include eating expensive shoes, falling asleep on laps and struggling to fit his body in impossibly small spaces. He’s not fond of the rain but enjoys tugging on the ears of his beagle friend Maggie.

Coal’s parents told us about “a kitty in a cage at Petsmart who was bought by a boy human and then came along a girl human.” This kitty is Coal – a kitty who takes security seriously by alerting the household to incoming cars, people outside and other animals outside the house. Coal’s favorite things include batting at string, bug hunting, cat napping on “the good” couch and helping the girl human “craft” in the craft room by sitting on papers and knocking over things, etc. Coal also enjoys helping the boy human to type on his keyboard.

Molly is described as “a crazy little dog with lots of adventures.” Her world revolves around sleeping and eating. She likes to wake her Daddy at 5:00 am because she knows he will feed her breakfast. She enjoys watching the street for hours for that one moment someone might drive by (they live on a cul-de-sac.) She loves treats, breakfast and dinner and more treats.
