Last Saturday we went to the Plano Balloon Festival… amPD again (that’s am pre-dawn.) It was so hard for me to shuffle out of that king size bed at the NYLO hotel. Needless to say, there wasn’t much effort in getting myself ready. If I drank coffee maybe I’d have it easier with mourning routines. But I don’t, so I’m a zombie until lunch time.

This was the first time we’ve gone to a balloon festival before and WOW it was awesome. I think I am completely addicted to these now.

The light changes so quickly in the morning… everyone is getting ready for the 7 am launch.

Ohhh I loved this balloon.  I wonder if there is a polka-dot one out there somewhere.

When I look at this I want to make monkey sounds.  I’m not sure why.  : )

Oh look, it’s me!  I’m riding on an adrenaline high.  Haven’t even had breakfast yet.

Thanks to my sweet husband for documenting my post-balloon crash. Really, what energy I had vanished. It’s ok this story ends well with me and a Chick-Fil-A-Oink-Fest. Mmmmm… cinna clusters…. I wonder if I can drag myself out of bed for that tomorrow. Ha Ha Ha!!
