There is a running joke amongst the people in my life (mainly that being Brandon and my mom)
which is… there needs to be a 10 step program for 1) Disney World 2) the sims and well, they haven’t said it yet
but I wouldn’t be surprised if they added 3) kitties.
SO YEAH, I have a confession to make, I am a sim-a-holic. I’ve played the sims for YEARS ever since the first one came out.
It kept me occupied during my last big breakup before I met my husband. It was a bonding thing for new friends (remember Laura, oh YOU play sims too? LOL) and of course just kept me entertained for hours on end. Ok, yes there lies the problem.
Once I met someone at my nutrition class at UNT and he played the sims too – to which he said, “my wife claims she didn’t marry the back of my head.” I thought that was funny. One time Brandon said, “I wish I was a sim” which indicated that a certain someone was being a bit neglected. :)
Of course there are a lot of games out there, guitar hero, Halo, etc. Mine just happens to be the sims. I’ll go on a sim binge and play for a week or two then won’t play for a couple of months. In fact, I’m in sim mode right now (when I’m not working that is!) So with that being said the NEW sims 3 is set to release in June and I’m so excited. I found these two trailers and they crack me up. The first one is soooo funny.
