More images from our weekend trip to Mineola, Texas. First off, I do not like sweet potatoes and I still pass them up at Thanksgiving. Oddly enough, when I first ate at East Texas Burger Company I snatched one of Brandon’s sweet potato fries and it was love at first bite. Needless to say I couldn’t wait to get to Mineola so we could have lunch there again.

Took these pictures the next day, so I’m not going to torture you with a bacon cheeseburger image! I was so hungry and anxious to get to East TX Burger Co. I forgot to take the camera.

One of my favorite stores in Mineola, the Dragonfly Art Studio. Owners Melissa and Sophie create unique one of a kind fused and stained glass art here. I always find something I love – they carry jewelry, art, chimes and wonderful smelling essential oils.
