Category Archives: Personal Maybe it’s just me. But forms freak me out. You know, the “pay your taxes” or register for school kinda forms. It’s like I’m taking a test and if I screw it up, alarms will go off all over the place. People will look and stare. Me, embarrassed will turn red and fall out of…  I have a confession to make: we’ve had several holes spackled all over our living area for MONTHS. So these holes… some were itty bitty tiny ones you could barely see. Others were bigger: from discarded mirrors and places I’d put push pins and staples during a frenzy of holiday decorating. And these holes? They…  I have a love/hate relationship with IKEA. Love because there’s so much to see. So many organization ideas. You’ll find me in the 324 sf. “apartment” layout amazed at what you could do with a small space and a clean slate. I will prance around the giant glossy kitchens and sit in the fake living…  It all started when I realized there wasn’t a burn ban. Since we live in the country, we have a place to build a fire pit and have smores. Of course, this is only if a burn ban isn’t in effect and I reaaaaaallllyyy wanted to make s’mores. Yeah, thanks to my husband I know what a Peloton is. I hear all about Contador and Schleck. I know that Lance Armstrong picked a Rage Against the Machine song for the crew’s warm up…  To be honest, I don’t remember what time I went to bed as a kid. Let’s say 9:00 p.m for goodness sake.
