Brandy and Brandon (9 years)
9 years ago today, a girl named Brandy married this guy named Brandon. It was a Friday night and it stormed like crazy. Still, everyone showed up (despite tornado and flash flood warnings) at the Fort Worth Historic YWCA to see us say “I do.” After only 5 months of dating, we decided we couldn’t be apart… got engaged, planned a wedding and a year later we stood in front of our family and friends on October 12th, 2001. It was the most amazing day. All of our wedding pictures were shot on film – pretty much everyone still used film I believe. Remember those giant digital cameras with the floppy disk? Yeah, that’s what we had. Of course, we weren’t photographers then. But man, I thought *that* camera was amazing.
Brandon, I love you so very much. Love times 1,000 + infinity. I can’t believe it’s been 9 years and that next year we’ll celebrate the big 10!! I love that even today, you’re still the cheese to my macaroni. The peanut butter to my jelly. The B to BNB. Happy Anniversary babe! xoxo Brandy
