Something Wicked This Way Comes!!
We are very excited to announce Bella Pop’s first Halloween event… a Halloween party and animal fund raiser! The place has been booked. The date has been set. The charity has been picked. Other than that, all the other fabulous wicked little details, are still stuck somewhere in my head!!
So mark this date on your calendars people… for Saturday October 25th 2008. The real fun, “the party” will be in the evening. There will be a cost per couple and like I said we are figuring out those details. The proceeds from the evening party will go to the Parker County Animal Shelter – who have been busy building new shelters with adoption areas and plans for a spay and neuter clinic. You can be assured there will be fun, photos, and fantastic Halloween decor. If you want to have fun, dress up, and raise money for a good cause, you won’t want to miss out on this event!!! Looks like for the evening party it will be limited to 80 attendees.
In the meantime, we’ll be looking for local businesses who might like to donate to the funding of the party and all that good stuff. I’m just really super excited. Send me an email if you’d like updates about this event when we get them!!
A Kitten Named Quinton
Meet Quinton. He’s cute. He’s furry. He was covered in fleas, plagued by a tapeworm and all alone in a big world. Did I mention he was oh so tiny? Yep. Of courseI had to bring him home.
We’ve had Quinton for a few weeks now – and busy as I was I hadn’t been able to take his picture or blog about him. I’m a bad, bad cat mom. LOL This cute little guy is white and gray. He has a gray tail, gray on his paws and on his face and he has a big gray spot right on top of his butt. Too cute. We figure he was a runt because he was so small and he is still very small and delicate. He purrs when you feed him or play with him and he’s a “sensitive” little fellow. Quinton and Lilla (our other kitten saved from near death) love to wrestle. Watching kittens wrestle is free entertainment I swear.
